TATRO employees have access to two different Flexible Spending Accounts. The Healthcare FSA allows employees to set aside pre-tax dollars to help pay for out of-pocket healthcare expenses such as deductibles, co- insurance, copays, and prescribed over-the- counter medications and medical supplies (up to a max of $2,700 per year.) The Dependent Care FSA allows employees to set aside pre- tax dollars to help pay for daycare services (child or elder) for eligible dependents (up to a max of $5,000 per year.)LIFE & AD&D INSURANCE
TATRO provides two life insurance policies paid in full by the company. The plans total to $25,000 of coverage for all employees, $5,000 of coverage for spouses, and $250-$2,500 of coverage for eligible dependent children. Additional coverage is available for purchase by employees.
